Let's talk about Christmas!

This Christmas ruled!! First off, I've got an awesome boyfriend who totally out did himself this year. Then I got to see A John Waters Christmas!! AND I was very bad girl this year and treated myself to some very lovely items that I've wanted for so long I can still barely contain my excitement everytime I look at them!! Can you guess what they are? Oh yeah. Sailor Moon craziness is always what I need. (haha)

So all in all, Christmas was a blast. I even made a fancy home cooked meal! ;)

A John Waters Christmas: 12/14/12 @ Variety Playhouse - Atlanta, GA

I mean who doesn't love this guy!! He's handsome, hilarious and a proud wearer of one of the best mustaches ever. And seeing him do a live stand up act was totally boss. He had some very funny stories to share about xmas, Divine and oddly enough little children. Plus there was a Q&A at the end! Totally bought his book "Role Models" while I was there and it's signed too, yay! Can't wait to read it. ;)

Sadly, I didn't take any pictures of the food... but I found this amazing recipe for stuffed pork loins! It had dried cherries, parsley, jelly and all other kinds of stuff in there. Mmmmm! Plus I made some red potatoes and cookie creme pies to go with it. Super, super yummy!

1. I enjoy both music and movies while I craft although it's much easier for me to focus when music      is on.

Happy Thanksgiving!

YES! Turkey day is finally here! And I'm undertaking my first cooking project in a long time. Wish me luck...I REALLY need it. Not only do I have the world's tiniest kitchen but I'm not all too good at cooking in the first place haha. But I found a recipe for "Cookie Dough Creme Pie" so how could I say no? Promise to post pics when it's done and if it's good I'll share the recipe with you guys too! Hope you all have a lovely day with friends, family, animals etc. I'm very excited to just relax and stuff my face all day long ;)

Happy Halloween!!

Yahoo!! It's finally Halloween! My favorite holiday of the year! This means ultra candy overload, horror movies all day, and happy fun times all around. Today was a huge success! Not only did a I have a decent Market day BUT I also now have my jewelry for sale in the local boutique "Scarlet's Web"! All items featured in her shop are 100% original and one of a kind creations made by me specifically for her boutique ;)

Etsy is the best!

A few weeks back I joined the "Needful Things Dark Trading Team" on etsy and I gotta say it's been A LOT of fun.  The whole group is centered around "trading goods" so if you are an etsy seller (or buyer) you should check us out and get involved. Since I joined I've been able to not only trade my jewelry for fantastic handmade products, but meet many other members of the team; all of which have been super friendly!
